They are a deafening rock machine, devoid of fashion sense, devoid of desperation, devoid of opportunism or corporatism and simultaneously rife with passion, sweat, blood, teeth and hair, ...the way Rock N' Roll was meant to be studied and delivered.
A Unique '60s & '70s Vintage Soul Trio With the Sounds of the Hammond B3 Mixed With Tasty Guitar Lines & Old School Style Pocket Drumming.
Thrilling and invigorating rock-n-roll fueled by propulsive riffs and rhythms, swampy punk influences, and twin power.
Thaddillac (aka Thaddeus Turner) has been tearing up the Seattle music scene for years as both a live performer and respected studio musician. A veteran member/collaborator of Maktub, Digable Planets, Brad, and more, Thaddillac brings funk and rock together for an electric show.
Heavily influenced by psych, garage, soul, and surf rock, this trio has their own take on thier favorite '60s sounds, from transporting guitar jangles, assertively revved up percussion, and boogie-friendly bass breakdowns, topped with disarmingly charming coos and aahs.
SPOILS are a power trio that turns it up and turns their audience on with heavy riffs from a bygone era when Rock ‘n’ Roll was real. Formed in Seattle in 2001, and featuring members of Earth, Master Musicians of Bukkake, and the Accused, they bring a fiery intensity to every performance.
Led by White Center resident and veteran Seattle musician, Lesli Wood, Skates! hits you hard with infectious, care-free, melodic surf'ish pop influenced by Husker Du, Talking Heads, Best Coast, and more.
“The MoonSpinners play a blend of pop, punk, and soul. Imagine an early '60s girl band singer defected and joined a garage band of the same era, with the sweet vocals complimented by Dave Clark Five style harmonies, jangly guitars that ain’t afraid to scream, it’s got backbeat you can’t lose it, all with an edge fit for the late '70s post-punk scene.” -Mark Pickerel
A killer blend of Rock and Roll, with punk rock attitude and a little bit of sleaze. Featuring former members of the bands Rat City Ruckus and Blue Ribbon Boys, these guys have all been friends since attending high school together in White Center, and they're ready to rock the 'hood.
Garage-y party rock from some of our favorite south-enders!
The Highsteppers are a brand new scorching hot soul band from Seattle, made up of veteran musicians brought together by their love of classic R&B, Motown, and Soul. They play both the hits and deep cuts of the greatest era of music.
Featuring Seattle rock veteran Tommy Gunn on vocals with the threesome of Tim Jones, Tony Leamer, and Charlie Beck (a/k/a Memphis Radio Kings) filling out the band, the Dead Letters kick out super melodic pop rock tunes full of grindy guitars and killer harmonies.
Punky power pop start-up hailing from White Center/Vashon Island, these kids are gonna kick off Jubilee Days' main stage with a bang and a crash!
